This incident has now been resolved. dbt-cloud based syncs scheduled between 4:00-7:45 am PST were delayed but should now be running as expected.
There is an issue with our scheduler service affecting syncs that are scheduled via the completion of a dbt cloud job (dbt cloud schedule mode).
