We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
LogicMonitor has identified an issue with our LM Logs processing pipeline for a subset of customer’s in us-west-2, our team is looking into it and we will have more updates soon.
LogicMonitor is currently investigating technical abnormalities, which may be impacting customer accounts. We will update once we have further information on the full scope of impact.
