Issues when deploying applications to Mendix Cloud

A fix has been implemented and we can see the issue is resolved for application deployments or restarts in all our Mendix Cloud regions, including the Mendix Cloud EU (Frankfurt) region.

The issue started after a configuration change to one of our core components which was made to fine-tune the performance of the platform, however the behavior was not optimal in few regions where we have larger workloads running.

This change was reverted after our engineering team noticed issues during application deployments and restarts.

In case you are still facing issues with application restarts or deployments from the Developer Portal, please reach out to the Mendix Support team.

We have identified the issue and provided a fix for most of the Mendix Cloud regions. We still notice some problems for Mendix Cloud EU (Frankfurt) region.
Actions like deploy, start/stop should be working fine again in all the regions except for EU (Frankfurt).
We will update as soon as we have fixed everything.

We are currently investigating an issue during the deployment of applications to Mendix Cloud; after deploying, the application fails to start.
We are working on a solution and plan on having this available in a short time. Please do not deploy or stop/start your applications until we have a fix available. We will update this incident as soon as we have updates.
