Current status: We've identified that a recent service update inadvertently contained a code regression that resulted in new account sign ups for Microsoft consumer accounts to not complete as expected. We're working on reverting the bad update to resolve impact for users.
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to new account sign ups for Microsoft consumer services.
