Title: Users in Colombia may be intermittently unable to or experience delays when accessing Microsoft 365 services

User impact: Users in Colombia may be intermittently unable to or experience delays when accessing Microsoft 365 services.

Current status: Our analysis determined that portions of our networking infrastructure that handle the traffic relay to the Colombia region is operating under reduced throughput, which is resulting in intermittent access issues or delays for users in the region attempting to access Microsoft 365 services. We've rerouted traffic to avoid the impacted infrastructure and our network monitoring shows that impact is remediated. We're continuing to monitor service health to ensure that the issue doesn't reoccur and that further remediation actions aren't required.

Scope of impact: This issue can potentially affect any user based in Colombia who's trying to access any Microsoft 365 service.
