Outage Details

Status: We have identified an issue with the Trade Upload functionality within What If > Trades and we are urgently working on identifying the root cause. We will keep this page updated. Problem/Impact: Clients are not able to upload portfolios via Trade Upload. Manual trade entry remains functional and simulations can be run afterwards.

Status: We have now implemented a fix for the underlying issue. We will monitor this incident until we have confirmed that it is fully resolved and that any impact on previous calculations/outputs has been rectified where possible.

Problem/Impact: Clients are not able to upload portfolios via Trade Upload. Manual trade entry remains functional and simulations can be run afterwards.

Cause: The problem was that each market data request for ETD data was taking too long for each ETD product type. Any request for 3 or more different ETD product types was timing it out.

Solution: We’re now caching that market data so there’s only one request.

Status: We have identified the root cause of the problem but our initial fix did not resolve it. We are actively working on a fix but do not have an ETA at the moment. We will update this page once we have confirmed that the issue is fixed or if there are any other updates.

Status: We have now identified the root cause of the issue and we are actively working on a fix. The current ETA on resolution is 1 hour. We will update this page once we have confirmed that the issue is fixed or if there are any other updates.
