INCIDENT - Impossibilité d'accéder à nos plateformes

Bonjour, Pour faire suite à l’impossibilité de se connecter à nos plateformes de 15h17 à 15h37 aujourd’hui. L’incident était lié à un problème de désynchronisation sur la base de données qui empêchait de se connecter. Nous avons redémarré notre cluster (ensemble des serveurs) ce qui a permis de résoudre l’incident. Nos équipes ont été immédiatement mobilisées et nous optimisons au quotidien notre monitoring afin d’être le plus réactifs possible et rétablir la situation dans les meilleurs délais.
