At 21:02 UTC on August 30, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team noted a featured degradation impacting Einstein Bots. End users might be redirected to agents or informed that no agents are available. Consequently, customers could experience significantly elevated chat volumes routed to their agents, or encounter unexpected disconnections from chat sessions.

The Technology team is actively engaged in restoring services as quickly as possible. A recent deployment encountered issues across multiple instances, and the teams are working to finalize the necessary changes.
