Incident in Expense,Request,Analysis/Intelligence on China

In the China Datacenter, access and use for Concur services through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were below expected level. Affected users may have experienced an error message: "service not available" when attempting to login.

If already logged in, users may have encountered an error message: "You have been successfully logged in, but unfortunately one or more of our services appears to be unavailable at this moment. While we work to fix the outage, you still may be able to use come services." or "Sorry, something went wrong." when trying to create/submit Expenses and Travel Requests.

Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

The Incident Response Team (IRT) is continuing their investigation towards finding root cause of the issue.

The Incident Response Team is currently investigating.
