Incident in Request on China

In the China Data Center, submitting travel requests through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app was unavailable. Affected users may have experienced the following error when attempting to submit a travel request, " A policy must be active for your company before you can proceed in creating a request. Contact your help desk or system administrator."

The Incident Response Team (IRT) is currently in the process of rolling back a recent deployment to restore service.
