Outage Details

In the US2 Data Center, logins through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were below expected level. Affected users may have experienced following error: “You have been successfully logged in, but unfortunately one or more of our services appears to be unavailable at the moment. While we work to fix the outage, you still might be able to use some services”, after they log in. Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the US2 Data Center, logins through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were below expected level.
Affected users may have experienced following error: “You have been successfully logged in, but unfortunately one or more of our services appears to be unavailable at the moment. While we work to fix the outage, you still might be able to use some services”, after they log in.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the US2 Data Center, logins through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app are below expected level.
Affected users may receive the following error: “You have been successfully logged in, but unfortunately one or more of our services appears to be unavailable at the moment. While we work to fix the outage, you still might be able to use some services”, after they log in.
The Incident Response Team (IRT) is continuing their investigation to identify a fix. Our next scheduled update will be in two hours or sooner should a significant change occur.
