This issue has been resolved.
Parcel status feedback for orders processed between 10:30 and 11:00 (CET) on 11th January has been resent and all parcel statuses for orders processed during this time should now be updated in the affected shops. We will continue to monitor the outcome.
Some users are experiencing issues with parcel status feedback not being sent to their shop for multiple integrations. The issue has been identified and a fix has been implemented.
Feedback should be received for newly processed orders, but feedback for orders processed between 10:30 and 11:00 (CET) on 11th January is still being resent.
