Outage Details
We have identified an issue with our reporting system used for Classic accounts. Backups have ran as scheduled, however reports are being marked with a failure status no matter the actual results. While we work to resolve this, you can confirm the status of a backup job by checking the body of the report email for a 'Status' section. The status reported in the email body itself is accurate.
