Processing appears to have returned to normal. The intermittent timeouts occurred between 2:54 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. eastern and affected roughly 15% of transactions.
This incident is resolved.
At the moment, roughly 15% of transactions processed on Togetherpay are timing out. We reached out to ProPay and made them aware of the situation. Their teams are actively looking into it. As soon as additional information is known, we will let you know.
