Between 21:36 PDT and 22:46 PDT, we have observed Mobile Originated (MO) and Mobile Terminated (MT) Programmable Wireless SMS Commands being delayed and/or dropped (with failed status). The issue has been identified and resolved. We are now seeing traffic being delivered again without any delays. This incident has been resolved.
Our monitoring systems have detected a potential delays with programmable wireless commands delivery. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.
