Disbursements disruption for Mandiri
Dear customers We have identified a disruption in the disbursement of products starting 12:51 pm WIB today. You should expect to experience delays in confirming disbursement completion to Mandiri accounts until this issue is resolved. Impact: - Disbursements to Mandiri accounts with amounts from IDR 5,000 to 250,000,000 are not affected - Disbursements to Mandiri accounts with less than IDR 5,000 or more than IDR 250 million will be kept pending in our system until the issue is resolved - All other disbursements are not affected We are actively working with the partner team to determine a resolution for this issue. PH Disruption for DP_ECPAY_LOAN
Dear customers, We have detected a disruption in DP_ECPAY_LOAN via GCash and subsequently raised it to our partner for resolution. Impact - API requests will still be accepted by Xendit - There would not be payment callbacks for payments via Gcash as the end users are not able to complete payments on the Gcash app - End-users won't be able to pay DP_ECPAY_LOAN via the Gcash app, but can still pay using PayMaya App. We will keep you posted with further updates. While we investigate, we expect the following impact: - All disbursements and withdrawals <= 50k will be stuck in pending - All regional remittance payouts with amounts <= 50k to PH banks and ewallets will be stuck in pending - No impact for transactions with amount more than PHP 50,000.
