This issue has been resolved and the instance has been fully upgraded to 25.2

All issues should be resolved, although some users may see slow and degraded operations on this instance for the rest of today.
This instance will now be upgraded to 25.2 on 26th February at 02:30 UTC

This is still under investigations with our 3rd party as an ongoing issue, the upgrade to 25.2 has been rolled back.
Customers should be able to log in and use 1E Solutions although expect degraded performance
