At this time, we are monitoring the SSO issues and continue to work with customers to implement our fix for these issues. When reporting any SSO issues, please let us know the behavior/error produced when attempting to use SSO as this will help us pinpoint the optimal fix for the issue. At this time, our engineering teams have identified the issue and we have confirmed success having customers change their ADFS servers token-signing hash algorithm to SHA 256. This change has allowed customers experiencing this issue to sign in using SSO again. We advise any customers who have not yet contacted us to reach out to us, so that we may provide their IT team with the instructions to update if needed.
