Our engineers are currently investigating an event impacting Azure DevOps. Customers may see 403 or similar errors when trying to perform a package restore. The event is being triaged and we will post an update as soon as we know more.

Our engineers are working to understand and mitigate the issue. Package restore 400 errors have come down, but still occur with enough frequency to disrupt pipeline execution. Azure Frontdoor and Azure Storage teams are investigating the issue.
