Impact Statement: Starting at 07:31 UTC on 20 October 2023, we've determined that a power event has impacted a subset of infrastructure in a single Availability Zone in the West Europe region. Customers using Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Storage, App Service, SQL DB or Cosmos DB in the affected Availability Zone may have experienced impact.Current Status: Power was restored at approximately 08:00 UTC and the majority of devices are now back online, and impacted services are recovering. Most customers should see signs of recovery.We are continuing to recover remaining services and updates will be shared as they become available.
