Service Degradation - Delays in processing registrations and accessing dashboards

Our R&D team has worked through the night to address the latency issues experienced on our platform. They have been able to resolve the latency currently.

We are pleased to announce that the root cause of the issue has been identified, latency has been reduced without any data loss, and we are implementing changes to eliminate this issue over the next few days. We will keep this incident in a "Monitoring" state until we have a full resolution.

We are continuing to investigate the delays in processing and accessing various areas of the platform. There is no loss of data, all registrations and confirmation emails will be processed once we have resolved this issue.
