The issue appears to be fully resolved and we have had no further reports of issues with Dashboard access.
The issue with the 3rd party server or service appears to have been resolved and the Dashboard should once again be fully accessible. We will continue monitoring to make sure it is fully resolved.
We have identified an issue where some customers are experiencing issues accessing the Dashboard. The issue appears to be localized in the South West and is due to an issue with a 3rd party server or service. We are currently gathering more information and will provide updates as they become available.
