This incident has been fully resolved.
If you experience any issues with the UI of KYT or our API, please get in touch with support@chainalysis.com for an investigation.
A fix has been implemented to resolve the issue of generated alerts not being displayed on the KYT UI and users not being able to assign alerts.
Our team continues to monitor the issue and address any additional API call issues.
