Intermittent service disruption issues with the Flex Twilio platform have been resolved and service is operating normally at this time.

Twilio is seeing recovery in intermittent service disruption issues with the Flex Twilio platform. Customers may experience connection errors or failures while logging into their Flex account. Flex insights is now confirmed not to be impacted by this incident, so Twilio are making a correction regarding customer impact. As a workaround, Twilio suggest clearing out cache data by following these steps:

- Open flex.twilio.com or the customer specific flex domain
- Click the lock icon at the beginning of the site address in the URL bar
- Click on Site Settings
- A new tab will open with settings for the site.
- Click “Clear Data”

If the steps above don’t work, please try to use the browser’s incognito mode.

Twilio engineers will continue to monitor for service stability and will provide an update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

In regards to this incident, there is a workaround Twilio has suggested. Please clear out cache data by following these steps:

- Open flex.twilio.com or the customer specific flex domain
- Click the lock icon at the beginning of the site address in the URL bar
- Click on Site Settings
- A new tab will open with settings for the site.
- Click “Clear Data”

There is a good chance that this will resolve the issue, Twilio engineers are working for a permanent fix for it. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
