We have some changes on the way to give us some more insight into what may be causing these errors and we are also investigating the root cause. We’ll continue to provide updates as they become available.

We’re continuing to investigate the cause of SAML_014 errors received when attempting to log in to our web and desktop applications. We’ve found that the problem is isolated to Azure-based SSO instances, and will continue sharing updates here as we have them.

We’ve identified the issue resulting in SAML_014 errors upon login via Azure-based SSO and have a solution on the way.
