We are currently investigating reports of deprecated performance in our notification, Automation, and webhook services for users in the Asia Pacific region. We’ll have frequent updates until we have a monitoring status. Thank you for your patience!

We’ve identified a potential cause of the degraded performance and delays in notifications, Automations, and webhooks services. We are working on a fix now. We’ll be back with another update shortly.

We’ve managed to stabilize the degraded performance and restore webhook functions. However, efforts around catching up our Automations and notification services are still underway. As soon as we have more to share, we'll update here. Thanks again for your patience.

We have successfully mitigated the issues that had caused delays in our notifications and Automations services. All Automations affected by this delay should trigger as expected, and notifications sent in this period should also be received. We will continue to monitor this in order to ensure these issues are completely resolved and will provide a final update here once confirmed.
