We are performing an emergency upgrade to the storage subsystem in US-WEST-01. During this window, customers may experience degraded performance to shared file system volumes and CAIOS. CKS cluster create/delete operations may queue and appear stuck; operations started during the window are expected to complete after the upgrade finishes. Estimated duration is 90 minutes.
