Please be advised that Surge Transportation, Inc. has sought Chapter 11 protection in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Case No. 23-bk-01712. The Bankruptcy Court has approved a factoring arrangement through Triumph Financial Services for transportation services provided to Surge after July 24, 2023 only.
