MFA via tex message is unavailable

This incident has been resolved and normal operations have been restored.

We are currently experiencing an issue where some customers are unable to receive multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes via text message. This is due to a problem with our SMS provider, which is causing delays and failures in code delivery.

Our team is actively working with the provider to resolve the issue and will share updates as they become available. In the meantime, we recommend using an alternative authentication method (such as email or an authenticator app, if available) to access your account.
