Outage Details

We investigated and identified an issue with timeouts that may have been seen in the Cloud CLI as well as the IDE. The timeouts would have succeeded when retrying, so the impact would have been minimal. This was impacting Cloud CLI and the IDE in US Multi-tenant and US Multi-cell environments anytime after 9:20 AM Eastern. We have deployed a fix for the Cloud CLI and IDE that was causing timeouts. The Cloud CLI and IDE has returned to its normal state and we are continuing to monitor.

We investigated and identified an issue with timeouts that may have been seen in the Cloud CLI as well as the IDE.
