404 errors being intermittently returned on API triggered job runs

We have deployed a fix for the observed 404 errors and are seeing improved performance. We will continue monitoring this internally.

We've observed a recurrence of 404 errors on run status retrieval attempts and are continuing to identify solutions to mitigate this issue.

The issue has been resolved, and all affected systems are now functioning normally as of April 17, 22:30 UTC . Between 18:16 UTC and 22:30 UTC on April 17, an issue with our application database resulted in externally triggered job runs to intermittently return 404 errors . We have put measures in place to prevent a recurrence and the database has returned to normal.
