Issues applying effects and identifying speakers

Functionality is fully restored and we are monitoring to ensure the system continues to be operational.

We have identified the underlying issue. Eye contact, Green screen, Studio sound, and Identify speaker functionality appear to be restored, and all those features should be operational at this time.

We have detected a problem and are investigating the underlying issue. The problem can result in increased failures when applying effects including Eye contact, Green screen, and Studio Sound, as well as running Automatic speaker identification.
