We are currently investigating unexpected behavior reports with our SSO connection with AzureAD (OIDC) customers. Some users might be unable to authenticate using this type of SSO connection.
Impact should be limited to SSO connections using AzureAD Connect that use a UPN different from the email address are affected. We have identified the issue with our auth provider and are actively working to fix it.
We are still actively working on a permanent fix with our auth provider, but as a temporary workaround, impacted customers may change their IdP from AzureAD to SAML in order to restore SSO functionality.
