Docker Autobuilds for Bitbucket disabled

Due to an evolving incident, the Docker team has disabled Autobuilds for Bitbucket customers. Newly triggered builds will fail to run during this time. We are actively working on this issue and will issue an update in the next ~60 minutes.

We are continuing to investigate and Autobuilds using Bitbucket will be affected for the time being.
