Docker Hub experienced an incident on July 29th where tags pushed between 14:27 and 18:21 UTC were not visible in the Hub UI, despite remaining fully pullable. Both Docker Hub Web and the Registry were affected, with users also experiencing inconsistencies in newly added or deleted tags during the remediation period. The issue was fully resolved on July 31st after the team completed backfilling of the missing tags, with webhooks and update notifications potentially having been re-sent multiple times during the process.
