We are aware of an issue where backend configurations specified in apphosting.yaml, such as run configurations and environment variables, are not being applied to Firebase App Hosting Backends. This may affect the functionality of your web applications deployed on Firebase App Hosting for region europe-west4 and portions of applications deployed in us-central1 and asia-east1 regions. The team is investigating the issue.
