Google Ads connectors are experiencing delayed syncs

This incident has been resolved. We have observed that incidence rates have returned to normal levels and affected connectors are syncing successfully.

Going forward, we will re-enable the USER_INTEREST table once the source-side issue is resolved.

We will continue to monitor all affected connectors until they resume their normal sync functionality.

Affected connectors have been rescheduled to allow the workaround to take effect. Incidence rates are continuing to decrease and we will continue to monitor connector syncs to ensure they resume normal functionality.

We have successfully deployed a temporary workaround for this issue and incidence rates are decreasing.

We will continue to monitor affected connectors and provide some additional updates accordingly.

Source queries are failing when requesting launched_to_all & availabilities data for the USER_INTEREST table. We are currently developing a temporary workaround that will skip the USER_INTEREST table whilst we continue to work with Google on a permanent solution.

Google's API Technical Support team has confirmed that there is a transient issue with their API and they are looking into it in more detail.

Requests to Google's API are failing which is resulting in the elongated connector syncs. We have engaged their API Technical Support team and will provide some additional updates accordingly.
