Due to a major network outage in one of the datacenters, streaming services experienced inoperability from 10:07 to 10:23 UTC, disrupting both API and Live streaming services. This downtime significantly impacted users' ability to access and utilize the streaming platform during the outage window. However, normal functionality resumed promptly after the network was restored, mitigating further disruptions.
