Delays in reporting data

We have implemented a fix and are continuing to process through the backlog. Customers may still see delays of up to two hours on their reports. We will update here once the backlog has been cleared and we are fully resolved.

We are addressing the issue and are starting to see improvements in latency across our reporting systems. Customers may continue to experience some delays as we work through the remaining updates in our backlog.
