This issue has been resolved and we received confirmation that DocuSign is working again inside the applications.
This is the latest update on the DocuSign Status page:
Resolved - System performance maintains healthy. Please follow the status page https://status.docusign.com/incidents/7b5dlw66lvt3 for updates regarding the delayed accuracy of envelope states in dashboards and search results which customers will continue to face.
Users are reporting an error when sending documents via DocuSign.
It appears the NA2 DocuSign server is experiencing performance degradation.
