We have received multiple reports from customers indicating that they are no longer receiving the error. Support has reached out to JD Power and are standing by for an update.

User are encountering the following error message when attempting to access JD Power 'Other':
"There was an error returned by JD Power Services. Error: An internal error occurred while processing the data".
