Degraded performance in NameCoach for Higher Education

At 14:35 UTC on 2022-12-12 a monitor alerted engineers to a service degradation in the NameCoach for Higher Education Product. Subsequent investigation revealed that a downstream service had encountered an error and was responsible for the service degradation. Engineers deployed additional infrastructure for the downstream service to resolve the issue. Between 14:35 UTC and 19:06 UTC on 2022-12-12 users attempting to create and load Name Pages through the NameCoach product may have encountered increased latency.
