Scheduled Calculations Stuck & Failing to Complete

Status: We have now implemented a fix for the underlying issue. We will monitor this incident until we have confirmed that it is fully resolved and that any impact on previous calculations/outputs has been rectified where possible.

Problem/Impact: Any scheduled calculations after 6pm London are failing (mostly impacting T+1 intraday calcs). This is resulting in blank data within the UI and no reporting.

Cause: Code libraries were out of sync with one another.

Solution: We have redeployed code versions to bring these in sync.

Status: We have now identified the root cause of the issue and we are actively working on a fix. The current ETA on resolution is 20mins. We will update this page once we have confirmed that the issue is fixed or if there are any other updates.
