Incident Details: We are investigating a site outage on the Panopto NA Cloud.

What does this mean?
During a site outage, end users are unable to access the service meaning they are unable to access your site, nor view, edit or upload new recordings.

The Panopto NA Cloud is continuing to experience a major site availability outage.

Later today the NA Panopto Cloud site will be taken offline for emergency database maintenance. This maintenance will occur at 8:00 pm Eastern time. We expect up to 2 1/2 hours of downtime.
