FL-IX traffic has returned to normal and monitoring has determined the connection to be stable. This incident is now resolved.
FL-IX technicians have implemented a fix and are monitoring the status. We will be moving traffic back to FL-IX shortly and will continue to monitor on our end.
We've identified the cause of the issue on FL-IX's end, and we have diverted traffic away from FL-IX to other carriers. We are awaiting an update from FL-IX for further information.
We are currently investigating an outage with FL-IX in Miami.
