Outage Details

In the call, we found out that the list of companies affected were not captured accurately and we are going to rebuild it with the number of POC that are getting 404 from both Janus and Beyond. Then We should be listing the plans we are fetching from those companies and the discounts they currently have in Zuora to understnad the impact. The main issue shifted from: “Subscripton not found” to “Calypso fails to recognise plan not entitled for discount”.
