Degradation of experience in processing of invoices

We’d like to note that in our previous update, the component status was not correctly updated.

The Invoice Processing component has now been marked as Operational, as the issue has been resolved. All invoices have been successfully processed using our fallback API, and the system continues to perform as expected. As noted, We are working with our provider to restore the primary API and will provide an update once it is back in service.

To mitigate the impact, we temporarily switched to an older, less powerful API to ensure continuity of service. All pending invoices have now been successfully processed using this fallback method.

We are currently experiencing an outage affecting invoice processing due to issues with our third-party provider.
