Dear Valued Customer, One of our carrier partners is currently encountering failures in creating Toll-free verification requests in the US. As a result, users may experience issues when trying to create a Toll-free verification request using the Plivo console or API. Existing verification requests and verified numbers will not face any problems. We are working closely with our carrier partner to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
