Unfortunately, we have to inform you that the fix from the manufacturer is still pending. There is currently no final information or timeframe as to when the fix will be made available. However, our platform provider is still working intensively on a final solution, which primarily affects the Linux-based system.

In the meantime, we have implemented preventative measures to counteract the effects of the existing issue. In particular, we have developed and successfully installed comprehensive health checks to recognise and address potential risks at an early stage.

Our Security Operations Centre (SOC) has continued to focus on this issue. The team monitors the situation around the clock and ensures that all necessary security precautions are taken to guarantee the integrity and security of our systems.

We are in continuous dialogue with the manufacturer and the platform provider and will inform you immediately as soon as there are any new developments.
