Applicant Tracking Enterprise Login Errors and Performance Issues

The Issues previously reported with some users receiving an error at login or poor performance when navigating the site has been resolved. Please alert our support team if there are any new issues.

A fix has been implemented and customers that could not log in and received an error should now be able to access as expected. Our engineering team will monitor for any new issues. Any site slowness users are experiencing is still under investigation.

We have identified an issue for select customers when trying to login to the Applicant Tracking Enterprise/Searchsoft application and receive an error message that says A Problem Occurred and users are unable to access or experience a very slow page load when accessing. Our engineering team is working to resolve both experiences.
